A bold adventurer Sylvia Earle(1935-) was an intrepid scientist, mom, and environmentalist. She walked untethered on the ocean floor, farther down than any other human, 1, 250 feet under the surface of the sea. This daring feat earned Dr. Earle the title Her Deepness.
Oceans scare me. She must be a very brave woman to attempt what she did.
