Barbara Walters(1931-) became the first woman to coanchor the network evening news. She changed the look of television.

    Ms Walters was often spoofed by comedians and called Baba Wawa because she has a distinctive speech difficulty. It didn't bother her. It made her all the more determined to be the great news journalist that she is today.

    Nothing can stop you if you want something badly enough.
