50. Alice Paul


Alice Paul(1885-1977) was upset because women couldn't vote for their nations leaders. She chained herself to the White House Gates. In jail, she wouldn't eat and was cruelly force-fed.

    That is how important it is to vote! This woman was willing to starve herself to make people notice and do something.
